Special Characteristics: SilibaseCP-1249 act as one Low-foaming Wetting Agent has good hydrolysis stability and long-term stability in the paint system of pH 4-10. SilibaseCP-1249 Low-foaming Wetting Agent can be used in water-borne system. It can reduce the surface tension strongly and has excellent wetting and leveling of substrates.
